Caning

Stinging whacks are delivered using long, stiff, thin instruments. They differ in terms of material, thickness, and length. Common materials used to make canes include leather, rattan, and bamboo. Bottoms are often caned on the breasts, thighs, or butt. You can see the marks left by each stroke!

Caregiver/Little (CG/L)

Also referred to as CG/l, the Caregiver in a CG/l dynamic is an authoritative figure who provides the small person acting as a younger person with caring attention, care, and occasionally rules or punishment.

CBT

CBT, which stands for “cock and ball torture,” entails inflicting pain on the penis and testicles. The cock and balls can be tortured in a variety of ways! Chastity cages, ball crushers, ball stretchers, humblers, and many more devices are common CBT torture tools. The torment is intensified when it is combined with implements like crops, canes, and spiky clothing!

Chastity Play

Chastity play, which is frequently performed while wearing chastity gear, entails denying sexual pleasure. In order to restrict their sexual freedom and prevent orgasms, those who are forced to chastity are confined in devices like cock cages and chastity belts. Chastity play is a great method to impose a D/s dynamic, participate in edging, and deny orgasms.

Collar/Collared

The connection of a Dom and their subordinate is symbolized by being collared. The sub wears the collar to show ownership after the Dom gives it to them (typically at a collaring ceremony). It’s crucial to remember that wearing a collar does not equate to being collared. Collars are worn or used by many members of the kink community for purposes other than ownership symbolism. The phrases “collared” and “collaring ceremony” are usually used in reference to a well-established D/s dynamic.

CNC (Consensual non-consent)

Consensual scenarios in which couples mimic non-consensual actions are described by CNC, a type of play. This kind of roleplay requires careful negotiation; safewords and signals must be set beforehand, and every action in the scene must be agreed upon. Kidnapping, rape fantasies, having sex with someone who is sleeping, one partner “freely using” another sexually whenever and however they like, and many more are examples of CNC. Are you unsure about how to handle a discussion concerning BDSM play, including CNC? Take a look at this blog on BDSM safety and negotiating!

Consent

Consent is a clear, voluntary decision to have sex. Consent is the most crucial aspect of kink. In order for permission to be granted, each party must fully comprehend the dangers involved in the actions they will engage in and communicate with one another about them. Because permission is so important, we developed a whole blog post explaining it and the discussions that must take place to get it! Limits, or boundaries as we previously described them, must be respected by all parties. In order to get and retain permission, limits must be respected.

Contract & Agreements

All parties must agree to and execute BDSM contracts, which are written agreements. These agreements can be used to create a D/s dynamic or specify the guidelines for play scenarios. Usually, the contract outlines expectations, incentives, penalties, and behavioral rules.

Corporal Punishment

Corporal punishment, which is frequently linked to spanking, disciplinary caning, and other impact play techniques, reminds us of the days when students were frequently caned for infractions.

Cropping

Although the designs of riding crops vary, they usually contain a handle and a long shaft that are intended to deliver a hefty thwack! When used forcefully, crops may leave spectacular markings and provide a painful blow.

Cross-dressing

Wearing clothing intended for the other sex is enjoyable for cross-dressers. Male transvestites frequently choose dresses, heels, stockings, and lacy underwear, completing their appearance with a wig and makeup. Crossdressing women may wear nice suits, ties, and shirts. When dressed up, crossdressers frequently adopt a new mindset, and the majority of them link their attire to submissive or dominating mindsets.

Cuckolding

Some couples don’t mind having sex with other people. In general, the term “cuckolding” describes a kink in which one person becomes aroused when their partner becomes hot and lustful with someone else. The term “cuckold” refers to the onlooker partner. Cuckolding cannot be viewed in a single direction. Cuckolding may take numerous forms, such as the cuckold seeing their spouse play with someone else or one partner telling the cuckold specifics about what they were doing with someone else, among many more amusing situations.

Cuffs

Ankle, wrist, or thigh restraints. Cuffs are often made of leather or metal, however they can also be made of rubber, velcro, or vegan leather. They are incredibly adaptable pieces of equipment that are utilized to keep the bottom still during play. Cuffs are a must-have in your treasure box, to put it simply!
